The cities gem is the Riverwalk, also known as the “crown jewel” of Naperville located in the West Branch of the DuPage River. The Naperville Riverwalk was created in 1981 as a permanent commemorative of Naperville’s 150th anniversary. The scenery, outdoor artwork, and sculptures make this area the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Springbrook Prairie is very well-known for the variety of outdoor activities you can do with your family on the 1829-acre forest preserve. There are also three public parking decks and more than half a dozen surface parking lots with spaces available at all times of day or night.
